Angel is an amazing tutor—truly the best I’ve ever met on Superprof. She is incredibly smart, responsible, and I genuinely learned so much from her. However, for some reason, I don’t know, she suddenly ghosted me. Maybe she just became too busy? I really love her as a teacher and feel it's such a pity.

Ruby has been extremely helpful during our lessons. She's patient, understanding and kind, even when I don't understand certain basic things she never makes me feel bad for not knowing. She is a great tutor and will put as much effort into her lessons as you put into her lessons.

After twelve months of regular lessons, I can honestly say Azu-san is a phenomenal and skilled Japanese language teacher. Prior to reaching out to Azu-san, I'd had sessions with various native speakers. It made me realise that being a native speaker doesn't automatically qualify someone to teach — just as being a native English speaker doesn't mean I am qualified to teach English. Azu-san prepares a structured plan for each lesson, but is always willing to pivot and adapt if I am struggling with something or have a lot of questions. She creates a safe space to make mistakes, shows endless patience and encouragement and her lesson notes after each session helps immensely with my revision. Azu-san makes learning a complex language a lot of fun and I'm excited to keep building my language skills with her guidance!
